Tech official Meeting Days (Effective 19, 2010): Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EST
Tools: Forms: Used to track team progress & productivity; also helps to identify trends and areas for improvement
Tech Site: Used to keep all relevant tech tools, information, notices and updates in one central location. Due to the level of access techs have this information may be more extensive than what is found on even the head quarters
Tech Chat: Used for tech specific mtgs
All techs must go through Orientation. Orientation is conducted with a video tutorial that introduces myself and pooh; introduces them to all of our family ventures, requisite forms and delineates their duties and expectations. There is a script at the bottom of the tutorial (to read along) at the end there is a button to indicate that they completed this step.
Links to all ZT business websites (i.e.: CB69, ZT Public, Xat match and Gal Play) are clearly listed on the navigation bar. All ZT Chats and allied Chats are located there are well
Tech Check list. Is a from that lists all of the necessary things that a tech must have, do or know.
Patrol log. Is a form that has links to both the modified and full patrol list and the policy on how ZT patrol is conducted. Techs complete this log after each patrol.

there is a dedicated ZT email - zt.techdivision@gmx.com which is used for all tech projects
there is a dedicated tech photo bucket that all techs use to contribute and share interesting gifs, jpegs. Each tech has their own folder, each image in labeled with their first 2 initials and a 3 digit number
Team assignments are:
Flashes: Saedi and Elmo (specialized i.e.: you tube, neon text or flash) Pooh, Loki, Sorina (all regular flashes)
Support, Image collecting & ad hoc assignments: everyone else
